1.2.1 DPD will make sure the bag arrives for your selected dates. You will receive a text on the day of delivery; which may vary from the rental period start date or up to two days before.
1.2.2 Please ensure that the packaging, returns label & dust bag are kept safely ready for the return.
1.2.3 Returns are expected on the last day of the rental period. You will find the returns label inside the original packaging and asked to drop off at your nearest DPD drop off point. Make sure the item is dropped off before 12pm on the last day of the rental period.
1.2.4. If you are unable to return on the last day of the rental period due to unforeseen circumstances, please ensure you email us immediately at email@example.com, otherwise you will be charged an appropriate fee for disrupting the next customer reservation.
Won’t be in for your delivery? We can arrange for DPD to drop the parcel at your nearest collection point, ready for you to collect. Any other queries about our delivery service, then please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
